Seeds of Hope DreamSpace Creative Day: A Resounding Success!
On Sunday 23 April 2023, the ‘Seeds of Hope’ DreamSpace Creative Day took place at Sacred Trinity Church, Salford. The church was buzzing with activity all day long, as people of all ages came together to express their creativity in a safe and supportive space.
The day was filled with a diverse range of activities, including card-making, photography and poetry workshops for kids, art and photography displays and installations, and a fantastic lineup of music and spoken word performances both in the afternoon and the evening. There truly was something for everyone, and it was inspiring to see people from all walks of life come together in such a positive and inclusive way.
Sense of community
One of the defining features of the ‘Seeds of Hope’ day was the overwhelming sense of community that was fostered throughout the event. The day offered people the chance to connect with others who share their passion for creativity, and everyone was encouraged to share their work and ideas freely. It was truly a celebration of all forms of creative expression.
The success of the ‘Seeds of Hope’ day has inspired us to start planning further events in the future. Plans are already being developed for a similar event next year, as well as regular music and spoken word evenings. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for the DreamsSpace community!
